San Tai and Ba Zuo are the most ceremonial stars. San Tai in Life gives steady presence and weighty speech; Ba Zuo gives taste and a love of quality. These are auxiliary "nobility" stars — they don't directly give power or wealth, but they make you look like someone who matters.
San Tai is Yang Earth, ruling dignity and status. Ba Zuo is Yin Earth, ruling ceremony and enjoyment. They always meet in triple combination. They matter most with Zi Wei — the emperor needs his imperial procession; with them, Zi Wei looks like a true emperor.
The Difference
San Tai leans toward dignity — steady presence, weighty speech, easily respected in groups. May have an imposing aura without trying.
Ba Zuo leans toward ceremony — quality of life, likes fine things, cares about others' opinions. May have high standards for food, clothing, housing, transport.
Both together is most noble — dignity plus ceremony, looks like a VIP everywhere.
With Zi Wei
They matter most for Zi Wei. Zi Wei is the emperor, but without San Tai/Ba Zuo and Zuo Fu/You Bi, he's a lonely ruler — has the throne but no procession.
Zi Wei with San Tai/Ba Zuo is part of the "Zi Wei assisted" pattern — full imperial nobility. These people easily gain status and respect in society.
If Life isn't Zi Wei but has San Tai/Ba Zuo, it still means nobility — you may not be the boss, but you have a boss's bearing and presence.

Extravagance — Ba Zuo people may have too-high standards and can't save.

When you see San Tai/Ba Zuo:

- Check Zi Wei — Zi Wei plus them gives fullest nobility.

- Check Hua Lu/Hua Quan — nobility plus real power and wealth.
