These are role tendencies; the main stars, palace strength, and wider triad determine whether the role is sustainable.
Separate Position From Income
Wealth stars in the Career Palace can indicate control of budgets or resources rather than personal profit. For example, a finance manager may authorize large payments while receiving a fixed salary. Check the Wealth Palace and Hua Lu before turning budget authority into a claim about income.
Compare Two Conditions
If Career is strong and Wealth is weak, stabilize the role and negotiate resources before expecting compensation to catch up. If Career is pressured by malefics and lacks support stars, clarify reporting lines, decision rights, and staffing before accepting more responsibility.
Combination one: Zi Wei in the Career Palace with Zuo Fu and You Bi can support coordination through a team, especially when Hua Quan adds formal responsibility.
