Second: a yearly Hua Lu flies into the Mental Palace. This year brings good mood and perspective. It's a good year to resolve old mental knots, start a hobby, or begin therapy. But don't make big financial decisions on a yearly Lu — you're too relaxed to price risk correctly.
Third: a yearly Hua Ji opposes or enters the Mental Palace. This year brings anxiety, insomnia, and fixation. Ji is the star of obsession; in the Mental Palace it makes you loop.
