Read the chart in layers
A busy minor cycle does not calculate available work hours. Read natal Career for the work pattern, the annual layer for role changes, and the minor layer for near-term pressure. Then check active contracts, deadlines, and backup capacity. A designer with a full calendar can be overloaded despite a quiet chart; a manager may delegate a task safely.
