The four transformations are assigned through a stem-based table. They are not four badges that every major star receives in turn. Tian Xiang and Qi Sha are generally absent from the commonly used direct-transformation lists. Tian Fu requires more care because tables differ between traditions.
No direct label does not mean no influence
A star still has a palace, a companion if present, and relationships with other palaces. Tian Xiang alongside Zi Wei is a different combination from Tian Xiang alongside Wu Qu. Traditional interpretations may discuss coordination in the former and execution or administration in the latter, without assigning either a guaranteed profession.
Qi Sha with Zi Wei also differs from Qi Sha with Wu Qu. Its lack of a direct authority-transformation label does not establish that a person lacks initiative.
Transformations carried by other relevant stars can still matter to the reading. Being absent from the direct-transformation table is different from being isolated from the rest of the chart.
Check the table and whether the label is natal, decadal, or annual before deciding that software omitted something. In ordinary life, leadership also requires competence and actual authority from an organization; no single chart badge supplies those conditions.
