Tian De and Yue De are the kindest stars. People with them in Life are naturally soft-hearted, can't bear to see others suffer, and willingly help. And this kindness itself is the best protection — Zi Wei Dou Shu holds that "virtue dissolves misfortune." A virtuous person, even with malefics in the chart, finds disasters lightened. Tian De is Yang Fire (some say Earth), Yue De is Yin Water (some say Wood). Both are "virtue stars," ruling disaster-dissolving and turning misfortune into blessing.
