One describes the method; the other describes the arena.
Choosing one and ignoring the other removes half the structure. A stable temperament does not stop an outside career from appearing, and repeated relocation does not erase the need for security. The useful task is to carry the Life Palace style into the Body Palace domain.
The Life Palace gives the default style
The Life Palace describes early temperament and repeated behavior: whether risk is calculated or embraced, whether rules or novelty feel natural, and how the person approaches other people. Those qualities travel into every career and relationship.
Life is not a job title. Wu Qu does not require business ownership, and Tian Fu does not require one secure institution. The stars first describe how tasks are handled.
The Body Palace shows where life keeps spending energy
Body in Wealth emphasizes income, private enterprise, or business. Body in Career emphasizes institutional role and duty. Body in Travel repeatedly brings outside locations forward. Body in Spouse makes marriage a strong adult influence.
Example 1: Stable Tian Fu in Life with the Body Palace in Travel and Tian Ma can create repeated relocation handled through careful planning and a fixed base. Life designs a sustainable rhythm for the mobile arena.
Different directions do not mean the chart disagrees
Different palaces often create a method-and-arena combination rather than a conflict. A stability-oriented person can build repeatable systems in a regional role. An execution-oriented person can manage resources inside a formal institution.
Example 2: Wu Qu with Hua Lu in Life and the Body Palace in Career with Hua Ke can use commercial awareness inside a bank, public institution, or large organization. A money star does not require entrepreneurship when the adult arena is organizational.
Use style first, then decide where effort belongs
List where the most time was invested, which opportunities repeatedly returned, and which responsibility could not be ignored over the last five years. Repetition in Wealth, Career, Travel, or Spouse is better evidence of Body than one temporary interest.
Then ask whether the Life Palace style makes the path sustainable. If the arrangement repeatedly damages health, values, or relationships, change the role design rather than declaring one palace wrong.
Practical Reading Order
Use Life to identify temperament and working style, then Body to identify the repeated adult arena of money, position, travel, or marriage. Verify Body through five years of history, carry the Life strengths into that arena, and redesign the role when the combination remains unsustainable rather than choosing one palace and rejecting the other.
