Lu and Tian Ma Together: How Movement Can Become Income

When Lu and Tian Ma genuinely meet in Zi Wei Dou Shu, resources may expand through movement, changing markets, or carrying expertise beyond its original.

When Lu and Tian Ma genuinely meet in Zi Wei Dou Shu, resources may expand through movement, changing markets, or carrying expertise beyond its original setting. Lu Cun emphasizes stored or retained resources, while Hua Lu emphasizes opportunity and flow. Tian Ma, the Heavenly Horse, adds mobility. The combination must be verified through a conjunction or a valid trinal or opposite relationship before it is called Lu Ma Jiao Chi, the Prosperity-and-Horse Crossing.

Lu Supplies the Resource; Tian Ma Moves It

Palace placement tells you what enters motion. In Career, Tian Ma can describe field work, transfers, or a role that travels. In Travel, it can describe external markets or relocation. In Wealth, it can show variable income linked to activity. Lu tells you whether that movement has a resource to carry or an opportunity to convert. A busy schedule without a valid Lu-Ma meeting is simply movement, not the named formation.

Two Conditional Income Circuits

If Tian Ma and Hua Lu share the Travel Palace, while Career and Wealth are strong enough to deliver and collect, outside clients or a larger market may increase revenue. If Tian Ma in Career directly trines Lu Cun in Wealth, a field engineer, salesperson, touring professional, or implementation consultant may earn through a mobile role. If Hua Ji also enters Wealth, the person may invoice more while keeping less, so travel pricing, deposits, and collection terms become central.

Check Sustainability and Retention

A strong Life Palace can support frequent travel or rapid market changes; a pressured Life or Fortune Palace may show that the pace is difficult to sustain. This is a planning issue, not a medical conclusion. Business structure matters as well: repeatable delivery, clear ownership, and reliable payment distinguish productive circulation from expensive motion. Lu Ma Jiao Chi can describe the channel, but it does not replace commercial judgment.

Chart-Reading Order

Begin with Lu: identify Lu Cun or Hua Lu and its palace. Next locate Tian Ma and verify the exact conjunction, trine, or opposition. Then read the focal palace, its opposite palace, and the two trinal palaces. Check Career for the service, Wealth for pricing and retention, Life for capacity, and Travel for external reach. Add Hua Ji, Di Kong, and Di Jie for leakage, then use decade and annual timing to judge when expansion is practical.
