A meeting in early November may be classified differently under different monthly-cycle rules. Record the date, place, and time zone before reading an annual or monthly overlay. A generic November forecast cannot settle a particular meeting outcome.
Read the chart in layers
A generic November forecast cannot classify every meeting. Record the actual date, place, time zone, and the chart’s monthly-cycle rule before adding a monthly layer. A planning call and a signing meeting can fall on different dates. Use the chart to organize timing questions, while agendas, approvals, and documents determine what the meeting can accomplish.
