A different star or transformation in the annual Career Palace can raise a work question, but it cannot decide a job transfer. Read natal Career and the longer cycle for context, then compare the annual theme with the job description, work samples, and probation goals. Job fit needs evidence.
Separate an annual task from a lasting skill
An annual emphasis on responsibility does not prove management ability. Check the exact palace of each transformation. Career frames duties, Wealth frames income, and Travel can frame external exposure. Ask what the role requires now and which skills the person can demonstrate.
Show work from the target role
A support worker moving to operations should show a recurring ticket problem, the process change made, and whether rework fell. An engineer moving to product work should explain user need, alternatives, tradeoffs, launch metrics, and collaboration. Technical knowledge helps but does not replace customer research. A chart can point toward a task; a portfolio shows whether it has been done.
Price the transition
A move may change commuting time, pay timing, or probation risk. Put requirements into three groups: proven, trainable in three months, and not yet met. Check the salary terms and household costs. Read the chart in sequence, then let the role, evidence, training plan, and real costs guide the decision.
