Ren Ji Gong is sometimes used as a modern label for the Friends or Servants Palace. That label is not a social-skills score. Specify whether the question concerns coworkers, reports, or partners, then read the relevant work context.
Read the chart in layers
Friends, Servants, and Interpersonal Palace can be labels for a related chart position. None is a social-skills score. A manager may struggle because approvals are unclear; a freelancer may have many contacts yet weak contract terms. Identify the relationship first, then read Life, Career, and Wealth as needed. Use observed communication and delivery records.
