Two Ji labels in the Friends Palace do not automatically mean betrayal. A natal transformation and a self-transformation are calculated from different stems. Confirm the star, palace and source of each mark before giving it a meaning.
Check the software layer
Some chart apps color incoming, outgoing and self-transformations alike. Record the birth-year stem first. Then test whether the palace stem transforms a star already in that palace. A manager rewriting handoff documents and partners lacking shared account access have different practical problems.
Reading order
Separate the natal layer, palace-stem layer and current cycle. Use written roles and permissions to address actual cooperation friction. Terminology differs among schools, so label the method used.
