A full-time family caregiver has no salary for the role but still coordinates appointments, transport, meals and emergencies. In Zi Wei Dou Shu, the Career Palace can frame how responsibility is handled. It is not merely a payroll field.
Separate the questions
A parent coordinating school and care may need planning; another caregiver may manage purchases and a rotation of relatives. The Wealth Palace asks about available money, the Friends Palace about help, and the Fortune Palace about rest. One star cannot answer all four.
Reading order
Name the actual tasks first. Read the natal Career Palace and connected palaces, then add the current cycle. Make a practical list of support and time limits instead of treating unpaid work as an absence of work.
