Seeing the same transformation in an annual view and a monthly view does not necessarily mean two separate events. Some tools keep the annual icon visible in every month; others add a distinct monthly transformation. Check the year boundary, lunar month setting, and source of each icon. Record natal, ten-year, annual, and monthly layers separately, then compare the dates with real events instead of adding star labels together.
Keep annual and monthly layers in separate columns. Copying one annual Hua Ji into a monthly note does not make it two events. Record the rule, palace, and date for any genuinely new monthly trigger. Use real communication events to test the interpretation rather than forecasting an exact outcome.
